Doula Hive Childbirth prep supports each family's unique journey and choices along the way. This course is designed to serve those wanting a medicated or unmedicated birth!
So what do we focus on? We aim to share Evidence based information that will help you to have educated conversations with your care providers, and make a decision that is in alignment with your priorities.
In these 4 sessions you'll learn all about the birth process, and common choices and tools used along the way. You'll discover ways to set yourself up for success, body and mind, for a more comfortable pregnancy, a better birth experience, and a smoother postpartum journey.
Whether or not you have experience as a care giver or are a parent already, there is much value and guidance to be found! While we do focus on the normal physiological process that is this incredible journey, we know that each family will discover what is best for them as things unfold.

Building community and sharing space with other people who are in the same season of life is important. With our in-person and virtual options you can participate in the group sessions that work for your schedule, and utilize our virtual sessions for those that don't!
